If the licence owner is still working for your company, they can transfer ownership of the licence to another user. See the User Manual for more information.

If the licence owner has left the company and you are the new designated licence owner, proceed as follows:

• If you do not yet have aEur. online account, create one on the Ph. Eur. website
• Once the account has been created, contact us via the EDQM HelpDesk to request a transfer of the licence ownership to your account. Please include the EPID code associated with the subscription in your request. If the subscription has expired, you will need to purchase a new one.

Please note that you need both a valid licence as well as a Ph. Eur. online account to view Ph. Eur. content.
